A three-person wet-room renovation company was running everything by hand. Sales on paper, quotes in the field, invoicing after hours. They needed one system for all of it, and it had to work on-site where there's no signal.
We built it. Door-to-door sales, quotes, job tracking, and fully compliant invoicing, in one tool that works offline and syncs when they're back online. A marketing site with an instant price calculator brings the leads in; the system runs everything after the handshake.
No monthly fees. Their data stays theirs. And we keep it running.
Everything we do internally runs on one system we designed and built ourselves: a mobile-first operations platform with voice, live notifications, and a full suite of tools under one roof. We don't buy our stack. We build it, use it every day, and it's how we know our work holds up before it ever reaches a client.
Saalis turns a photo into a ready-to-paste marketplace listing. But building it wasn't the point. Shipping it was. We used Saalis to prove we could run the entire pipeline end to end: launch a real product, wire the payment flow, track its costs, and keep it maintained. If we can't run our own product properly, we've no business running yours.
