These Terms govern your use of the website, community (Discord), and tools — including Saalis — operated by NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS. By subscribing to a tier or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS is a sole trader (toiminimi) registered in Finland.

2. What we provide

We offer paid membership tiers that may include access to our community, early news, founder access, and Founder's Access to the Saalis listing tool as it ships, depending on the tier you choose.

Saalis is in active development. Features, availability, and supported marketplaces may change, be added, or be removed over time. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment partners (PayBot and Stripe). We do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time (for example via the /subscription command in our Discord). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include VAT where applicable.

4. No income or profit promises

Nothing on our website, in our community, or in our tools is a promise or guarantee of income, earnings, or profit. Our tools are decision-support tools and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any results depend on factors outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the services for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
Don't attempt to break, abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the services or access without permission.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with the rules of any third-party marketplace you use.

Saalis helps you create marketplace listings and, where you connect your own account, publish them to third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy. You set your own prices, and you are responsible for following each marketplace's terms. NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay or Etsy.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, designs, and content created by NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS are the property of NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the services while your subscription is active.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the services running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and EU law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or community. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence within the EU still apply. Disputes may be brought before the competent Finnish courts, and EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
