Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Our memberships are digital subscriptions that give you access immediately. This page explains your EU right of withdrawal, how it interacts with immediate access, how to cancel, and our refund approach.

1. Immediate access & the EU 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, our memberships start immediately so you can use the community and tools right away.

When you subscribe, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that, once access has started, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that subscription. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act for digital services that begin with your prior consent.

You confirm this at checkout before payment.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time — for example via the /subscription command in our Discord.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We don't charge any cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Because access starts immediately and the right of withdrawal is waived as described above, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods.

This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights. If the service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
