This policy explains what personal data NOVA RIOT SYSTEMS collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to what we actually need to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not store your card details — payments are handled by our payment partners.
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:
Saalis can publish listings to third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy — but only if you choose to connect your own marketplace account. When you connect, you authorise it through that marketplace's official login (OAuth). We store the resulting access tokens securely and use them only to publish the listings you create to your own shop. You set the price; we never set it for you.
You can disconnect a marketplace at any time, which revokes our access. If you — or the marketplace, including via eBay's and Etsy's account-closure and data-deletion processes — request deletion of your account or data, we delete the associated connection tokens and related data, subject to legal retention requirements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay or Etsy.
Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records). When you cancel and your access ends, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need, subject to legal retention requirements.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email architect@novariotsystems.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or your local supervisory authority.
Our website uses only what is necessary to function and to load fonts. We do not use advertising trackers. Our payment and community partners may set their own cookies when you use their services.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated on our website or in our community.
